All of our current Pocket Beagle puppies will be listed here for sale,
along with an array of photos.
Our puppies are for sale as pets only and do not come with breeding rights.
They will receive a thorough physical of health by a licensed vet before departure as well as their first vaccine and dewormer.

By submitting the $250 Non-Refundable Down Payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Non-Refundable Deposit
A $250.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your puppy. This amount will be applied toward the total purchase price. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to, or at the time of, pickup. All payments are non-refundable except as outlined in the Health Guarantee below.

Health Guarantee
Based on a professional veterinary examination and vaccination records, the seller believes this puppy to be in good physical health at the time it leaves our possession. To maintain this guarantee, the buyer must have the puppy examined by their own licensed veterinarian within two (2) business days of arrival. Failure to do so will void this Health Guarantee, as the seller cannot control the puppy’s environment after it leaves our care.

This puppy is guaranteed for six (6) months from the date of birth against fatal or life-threatening genetic diseases that adversely affect the animal’s health. The buyer must keep the puppy current on all veterinary care, including vaccinations, deworming, heartworm prevention, flea/tick prevention, and regular checkups, and must provide proof of all medical records if a claim is made.

This guarantee does not cover common ailments or conditions caused by environmental factors or the stress of transitioning to a new home.

Spay/Neuter Policy
Unless breeding rights have been arranged, the buyer is required to spay or neuter the puppy before one (1) year of age. Proof must be sent to the seller by mail, email, or fax. Failure to comply will result in the seller reclaiming possession of the dog and any offspring it has produced.

Size Disclaimer
The buyer understands that within any litter there may be variations in size, coat, and quality. The seller cannot guarantee the adult size, coat type, color, or markings of the puppy. Estimates are provided based on lineage, but natural genetic variation may result in differences from projected size.

Buyer Pickup
The buyer agrees to pick up the puppy in person or arrange transportation at the buyer’s expense. Though we prefer you pick up your new puppy in person, we do accommodate those at a distance with domestic flights via our trusted flight nanny.

Our flight nanny will pickup and deliver your puppy to your doorstep, while making sure he/she is comfortable every step of the way. Pricing is dependent on current airfare prices, length of travel and timing.
